5 miles from Stone Henge which accommodates 70 people.
It is only a short journey from Stoke Newington 1hr 49,
2hr 12 from Birmingham and 3hr 25 from Manchester.

Transport
We would be happy to rent a mini bus to collect margiis travelling from Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham if there is enough interest. This would save the environment and save petrol costs. A minibus with 17 seats will be travelling from Stoke Newington.

The venue sports an indoor children’s play facility, outdoor play area, small animal petting farm and good quality accommodation.

Programme

The programme will be one which allows you to fully immerse yourself in all aspects of your practice and allow you the opportunity to enjoy satsaunga (company of spiritual minded people). With the feedback from previous conferences in mind we will endeavour to provide you an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company, with more emphasis on fun and laughter and a less formal approach to debates. ‘Let’s think outside the box’.

Price

Costs are £65pp, and children £15 discounts available with early booking and volunteers attend free. If you are able to afford a little bit extra towards the cost of those who may be struggling financially please do so. We would love more people to attend without worrying about how they are going to pay. All contributions are welcome.

We require in charges for:

Kitchen in charge – to ensure people are on duty and know which meal needs cooking

Cleaning in charge – to ensure people are on duty and know what needs to be done

Spiritual in charge – In charge of DS, kiirtan rota,

Children’s programme – Children’s programme activities and spiritual programme

Timekeeper – (personal responsibility) to announce events
