This event is open to individuals and families.

Programme:
All food served will be vegetarian, vegan options available
Sharing kiirtan (chanting of a mantra) and meditation together before each meal, bed and early morning
Space for asanas (yoga posture)  practice once or twice a day
There will be a separate childrens programme to entertain the children, leaving parents to join in the conference
Walks outdoors
Workshops
Nothing is compulsory, attend what you wish to.

Bedding:
Duvets and pillows are provided
Bring your own duvet and pillow covers and bed sheets or pay £6 to hire blankets
Or bring a sleeping bag plus any covers if you wish to use the duvet/pillow

Drive through Llandiloes, through B4518, take right into Staylittle,
pass Post Office and next on the left is the car park for the outdoor centre.
